I spoke to the Embassy in Manilla. Her Consular Report of Birth Abroad was approved on 23 Januay 2013. It will take 5 weeks to print and mail.

We have our IR1 immigrant visa and our plane tickets! Just waiting for baby's US citizenship paperwork and US passport to arrive. Then it's US bound!

It took 385 days from our NOA1 until we recieved our IR1 visa. A total of 454 days from application until immigration. K1 visas are quicker. Good luck on your journey!
