you can go ahead and schedule your appointment you need to pay the mvr fee,,for that you will need to call the nvc and ask for the case number which starts with CDJ(im assuming ur consulate will be juarez) also get the benefiaciarys id number with that you can go to the ciudad juarez consulate website ,,theres threads here that give the link,

hi everyone so we have our interview date this august 15th at ciudad juarez mexico ,,,im very excited but also ver nervous want to make sure we take everthing that we need we havent got our confirmation letter yet but i read that we can go early in the morning and have it print out for us is this true?/has anyone done that??also any tips are greatly appreciated...I also read somewhere that theres a 350dollar fee for the visa to get processed???is that true please someone help we also have a son together do i need to take his documentation

sorry to hear that...but good news it took us less than a week to get approved after they got our rfe,,make sure though you certified it by mail i had to sen it twice becaus ethe 1st one didnt get to them ...i sended in by regular mail my big mistake ,the 2nd one that i got certified got there in 1 week and 2 days later i received a confirmation letter 4 days later the email of aproval:)

hey after you get aproved do u have to wait in juarez for ur fiancess visa???or where do they mailed it out to?

he everone i just receives an email that we have been aproved ,,,i cant say how happy and excited i am at this moment finally after 9 months theres a light now time to research the next step..good luck to everyone thats waitint i really hope for good news for u guys too

yes i did im thinking im just going to mail it again but this time with the ups, and a letter telling them why im sending again the letter, i also email them but i havent got any response, im tring to be the most positive that i can my fiancee told me thta it seems theres 2 type of scenarios the one where it goes fast and smooth and the one where it takes a looong time and with complications i guess thats our route, which sucks

hi ramsey i called the uscis today and I askeds to speak to the second level , i spoke with the second level agent and she told me that i should be receiving as letter in the mail by june 3rd eith an answer of wether they got my letter or not, she also gave me the uscis email so i can reach them and asked them about the rfe i havent done tat yet because i want to send in the email the evidence tjat i send them in my letter in case that for sum reason they didnt receive it, im not at home right now but when i get back ill share the email with you guys to see if its any help for any of you

hey everone so i send m rfe on may 8th i send in more pictures a letter explaining why i dont have an airline stubs ,because we just live across the border i also send in the FMM that I got in tj last year when we first decided to get married over there its a tourist permit I completly forgot i had that , i shloud of send it in m 1st packet, i hope its enough evidence , so im waiting its been 3 weeks and still no answer not even if they received the letter another mistake i made was not sending it by ups , so i have no way of tracking my letter , my congressman office has really not been any help , but im callin gthem tomorrow just in case thay know something, im worried my letter got lost?how long does it tak eto get there i live in california,,,,but yeah congrats to everyone who has there noa2!!!!!

congrats on your aproval!!!and takeo thanks for your advice im going to email copies of the trasanctions i have done with me being in tj ,im triying to put everything together asap, but i dont want to send a weak package, i also called my congressman but an assistant answered he said he emailed the uscis so his waiting for the response , im just going to wait until tomorrow to see what they say, if i dont hear an answer i will just send my package hopin gits enough,,,oh btw do we need to use the envelope they send us , becuase its a small one my pictures are not gonna fit there

went i sent my packet i send out emails of when we first started talking and pictures of our 6 year relationship from begining to present, on the RFE they want as primary evidence airline tickets stubs , passport stamps of our last meeting , as secondary they want pictures, im thinking im just going to write a letter and get it notarized in tj stating that i was in tj mexico and that i dont have an airline ticket stubs or passport stamps because were right on the border next to each other and just send in more pictures hopefully it will be enough,,i was also thinkin on going to the doctors over thhere so i can send in my doctors note with m name in it they would know its from tj

ok so i receives my hard copy of the rfe on friday may 3rd they want picture evidence and stubs that we have met in person for the last two years..ok soo i think this is dumb i guess the pictures that i sent on my 1st packet of us with our 2 year old son wasnt enough ill just have to sent out more ,,,and and just hope for the best

well i just got the answer to my question i have just received my second notification that a RFE has been sent,, so now again the waiting game begins

i really didnt think of saving the receipts of gas , thanks i think i should save all the receipts from where we go eat and stuff, i just thought that by us having our son was enough proof that we were in a relationship, i dont know its just hard for me to see it in their perspective I never thought i had to proof my relationship with my fiancee its weird . i send in pictures and emails from when we 1st started dating but i dont ave anything recent maybe i should start emailing him is there any way you can print out texts from a pre paid phone???maybe i should send in a video of my every week crossing journey

i received an email on april 26 that a notification for rfe had been sent, do i need to get a second notification???even though i was hoping for a NOA2 im very happy to get a rfe because it means that im so much closer to be married to my fiancee, i will keep you guys updated when my hard copy comes in the mail,,hopefully its soon

finally i received an email stating that a RFE was sent out to me on april 26th, now im waiting to see what it is that i need to submit!!!Im very excited and happy even though its an RFE im just happy to know that they actually saw my case, now its just a matter of time , I feel that the heavy part its already done, well i still have to wait for the aproval,which brings me to my question? my fiancee and I live across the border im in san diego and his in tj, we really dont email or fb we decided not to have one becuase of problems that was causing with our relationship, we have a 2 yeear old son we see each other every week i go see him on the weekends, what can i send of proof???how many pictures???what can i send out as evidence other than pictures???

I just check the USCIS site with my WAC# then I started to check 1, 2, 3 numbers after mine, How frustrated!! the 2 numbers after mine.. one filed on Oct. Approved, the next one filed on Nov. Approved!!!! how come!!!!!
