I can report that our I-130 was approved today, after 10 months and 19 days (no RFE's). A belated present from the federal government.
It was moved to TSC around Oct. 25th after a service request. We also got the 60 day promise nonsense when it was moved, and unsurprisingly they missed the mark. So our lawyer called the USCIS last night, upon which they gave a loose estimate of "within 60 days". The application was approved a few hours later. I'm not sure if there's any correlation between the two, but it cant hurt to try and call the USCIS for those of you who are still waiting.

I wish to thank everyone for their advice. I also wish everyone who is in the visa application process the best of luck.
Unfortunately I did not see what these so-called sarcastic remarks were before they were deleted. I imagine they are related to the political ideology I identify with. If you gentlemen are so eager to discuss my political affiliations, then feel free to PM me.
