Hi, a friend of mine got approved on the 07/12/2013; 2 weeks later she contacted NVC they said they haven't received anything from TSC. She contacted TSC they said they has transferred her file. She contacted VSC they said they transfer the file to TSC and they don't have responsible for it any more. She called NVC everyday but they said they did not receive any file. Last sunday she made an infopass and they told her the file is still at TSC. TSC has shipped the first batch out and the second batch was still stuck there. Her file may be in the bottom of the box so it was still at TSC. Until now, her file is still stuck at TSC.

We received an email about RFE on 7/16 then it took them 4 days to send it to his house. They received our response on the 08/05 and approve on the 8/16

I just received noa2 today. I haven't had my case number yet. My visa in aus will expire 8-2014 so it will expire next yr. Xo you have nz driver license. I handed it in too just in case. I dont know is it enough evidence.

I found this post. I think it will be helpful for you. This article focuses on the return of approved family-based IV petitions by consulates and how to represent clients in DHS revocation proceedings.

I received RFE on 16/7 so I also sent my COE = certificate of enrolment from my uni, my visa (which will expire in 8/2014) and some document to prove that I went to Aus in 2007 to study high school and then uni. Is it good enough?

You should be fine. Your primary reason for being in NZ is to study, not to get a US visa. The clause you quoted is to avoid people "visa shopping", ie just moving to NZ because it may be easier to get a US visa there than, say, in Nigeria or Pakistan.
My situation is the same as you. I'm studying in Aus for 6 years and I'm worrying that I cannot have my interview in Syd. Do we need to provide any document so we can stay in the third country to do the interview instead of going back?
Thanks

Feeling sorry to hear that. I've read your timeline. It took you 2 months from NOA2 to NVC and nearly 8 months from NOA1 to NOA2. Why did they take you so long for this?

You don't have to obtain one since this is the engagement not marriage. On the day that your fiance go to the interview, she will sign a paper to prove that she is free to marry to you and she is single. They will check your background at USCIS. Dont worry anh

I still have the copy of the cover sheet. So I should send it today.

They mentioned about the applicant's in the past 5 years. I came to Australia to study as an international student so I only worked part time

Oops I just realised that the first time I sent in G325A but I forgot to mention I am a student so when I received my RFE I resent them the G325 instead of G325A. What should I do? Should I wait to get a second RFE or should I sent them the G325A again

well it is 7/24 and they received it 7/16 - still waiting
Have you received your response for RFE yet?
-
Would you mind if I ask what did they ask you for your first RFE? and second RFE?
Thanks
-
When did you send it? It usually take 4-5 days to send by normal post to the USCIS then you will receive an email that they received your response to our request for evidence

I live in QLD. Is it really that quick? I kept hearing it was around 30 days.
I got it from AFL. I applied on Wed and I got it back to me on the Friday.

Hi the police certificate is only last for 6 months. Does your husband have his police record less then 6 months?

Congratulations

Would you mind if I ask what type of RFE did u receive? I received a RFE last week to ask about intent to marry and provide evidence about i wish to marry him after I came to the US?

I'm starting to fill out the I-134 form with myself and my uncle who is our co-sponsor, but what technically counts as supporting documents? I go to school full-time and work two part time jobs, so I have no idea what to put as my employer. Should I put my main part-time job or put full-time student/part-time after school program instructor? HELP!
"The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the
US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide
supporting documentation."

Can I please ask a question? Should my fiance state that he is full time student or he should not state it in his G325A

Is there any timeframe at TSC after RFE response received? Thanks
Regards
