You cannot use digital fingerprints. You have to go to local police station and it cost around 28.45 in QLD so I'm not quite sure about the other state.
Fingerprint checks may only be conducted where there is a legal or regulatory requirement for such a check to be conducted. Your fingerprints will be checked against a central database of records and will take additional time to process. An additional cost is also associated with this service, see fees below.
Where a fingerprint check is required, it is your responsibility to obtain a full set of fingerprints from your local police jurisdiction. The original of the fingerprints must be posted with your completed application form. Please note that fingerprints taken using a "Livescan" system cannot be accepted.
Applicants in the ACT requiring fingerprints should make a booking to have their fingerprints taken by telephoning the ACT Fingerprint Hotline on 02 6245 7351. Please note that this applies to applicants in the ACT only.

For the national police certificate they want you to get a finger print one not the name check. Bc I'm having trouble at the moment with that. I have the check list, would you like me to send it to you or you can check it out on the website. By the way, I'm in Brisbane at the moment so I will have my interview at Sydney embassy. When you have your case number from NVC, you should fill in DS260 and then print out the confirmation sheet and book for medical examination. Because I heard it took a few week to book to get the health examination

I got approved in 06/16 and then have my case number in 09/07

Yeah you keep redialling it and you will get through or you can call dos and you dont have to wait

You can find out all the information about packet 3 here. If the email didnt go through they will send it to your fiance. Don't worry. If you have the embassy website, Can you have a look again to make sure ds230 or ds260? Because some of the embassy starts using DS260 for fiance visa instead of ds230

You can ask him to get another G325A and then send it back to TSC and you should have another page include your receipt number. They will add it in your file before you get your RFE.
-
Would you mind if I ask who are you?

I think you can try this
STATUTORY DECLARATION IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
I, the undersigned Mr. (........................), now living at (........................), in the city of (.......................), State of (............................), zip code (.....................).
Solemnly declare that:
1. My date of birth was:
2. My place of birth was:
3. My father's full name:
4. My mother's full name is:
5. I make the present statutory declaration in-lieu of birth certificate because my original birth certificate has been lost and I am unable to obtain a new one due to the distance that separates Vietnam from the United States.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed in (.............................), this (.....................................) (nn/nnnn).

You do not have to send her the i129f, g325a. I think you only need to send her birth certificate, passport copy or citizenship, i134 and all the evidence.

Hi there,
I was on the same boat at you. If you still have the page you can resubmit your G325A and send it straight away to them. Do you still have the copy of the officer number? Send to them again or you can wait and it depend on the officer, they may give you another RFE or they do not mind much about it and you will get approve son. Good luck
-
Don't worry, they haven't updated ur case. Wait for 2-3 days then it will change

I got my noa2 on the 08-16-2013 and it got shipped today 08-28-2013. Still waiting for case number. How long does it take to send it from TSC to NVC and get case number?
-
Here is what it says and i quote " Intent to Marry: The beneficiary, xxxxxx must provide an original statement (signed and dated) indicating that she plans to marry the petitioner within 90days of the beneficiary's admission to the US."
I received a RFE like that as well so I submit the letter intent to marry and i also submit some evidence that I intent to marry him like skype chat discuss about buying rings, wedding dress,....

Thanks for your advices. I hope it can come there. Can you book your medical examination now? Coz I heard after you have ur case number u can book for medical exam and also schedule for interview?
Wish u lucks

oh thanks for your reply ArianneChris
that make me feel a bit better. Now since you just received your case number, do you have to contact the consulate in Auckland before they send the case? this is what I saw on the Auckland consulate website:
Alien applicant needs to provide Consulate General with evidence of visa status in New Zealand, also case number, name and date and place of birth and current N.Z. address and phone number. We can then request the case file from another Post or directly from the National Visa Center
that sounds like more unnecessary delay...
Hi Stella, have u gotten ur case number yet?

Hi if you lost your birth certificate, you can do this one
AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
I, the undersigned, Mr. (hay Mrs.) (Tên họ của người làm đơn), now domiciled and living at (Địa chỉ).
Solemnly declare that:
1. My date of birth was: (Ngày sanh).
2. My place of birth was: (Nơi sanh).
3. My father’s full name is: (Tên họ người cha).
4. My mother’s full name is: (Tên họ người mẹ).
5. The reason why I make this affidavit in lieu of birth certificate comes from the fact that I do not have my birth certificate anymore and it is impossible for me to obtain another copy of my birth certificate because of the distance that separates (Tên quốc gia cư trú của người làm đơn) from Vietnam.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed in (Tên thành phố nơi làm đơn), on this (Ngày) of (Tháng) in the year of (Năm).

I felt so worry. Did you read this post? the lady package was sent to Manila instead of Bangkok and she is working in Bangkok
""On August 19th, my petitioner called the NVC and he was given the case number. On our submitted form, I have specifically indicated that I since I am working as a teacher here in Thailand, I want my interview to be held in USEM Bangkok. However, to our surprise, my fiancé was given a Manila Case number. We informed the NVC call center representative that there was a mistake and she even confirmed that, indeed, the addresses on the submitted form is in Thailand and she made a request to have the case number changed already and advised us to call after 10days for the possible change. When we checked the Visa Status at CEAC, it showed that the case was still at NVC, so we thought there was a good chance to make the changes right there. My fiancé called NVC again on August 20th to inquire about the progress of our case. The representative said that it was currently under review & an appropriate action will be taken once the review is completed.Last August 22nd, when we checked CEAC website again, our case status was "READY" and the file was shipped to the Philippines already. We couldn't believe it because we called them 2 days in a row to make sure it is going to be sent to USEM BANGKOK while the file was still there. When my fiancé called NVC call center the third time, he was advised to contact the involved embassies directly. Seems to me these representatives need more training.""" -
So wait until you have your case number. Then the first three letter of the case number tell you where is the embassy? If it is not NZ, then you should send them an email straight away and tell them that you want to change it to NZ. I found this sample online
.
Subject: Case number .........
Dear Madam or Sir:
The present email is to inform you that I have been in Canada as an international student since ................. My address in NZ is as follows:
Thus, I would be grateful to allow me to have an interview at your post instead of going back to China.
Please take note of the following information about the petitioner and principal applicant:
Petitioner’s full name:
Petitioner’s date of birth:Principal applicant’s full name:
Principal applicants’s date of birth:Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible, I remain.
Yours truly, -
I think you will receive the approve soon. I was on the same boat and i got approve 11 days after they received it
-
Yes I got the same feeling as you. I read from another forum that her application was sent back to her country instead of that embassy. Well, let's see what gonna happen tho. Have you had your case number yet?
-
Hi, a friend of mine got approved on the 07/12/2013; 2 weeks later she contacted NVC they said they haven't received anything from TSC. She contacted TSC they said they has transferred her file. She contacted VSC they said they transfer the file to TSC and they don't have responsible for it any more. She called NVC everyday but they said they did not receive any file. Last sunday she made an infopass and they told her the file is still at TSC. TSC has shipped the first batch out and the second batch was still stuck there. Her file may be in the bottom of the box so it was still at TSC.
Australian Police Check- so frustrated!
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Hey, I called AFP a few times and also applied for the wrong police certificate. Then I also emailed the US embassy and was replied that
"Depending on which Australian state or territory in which you reside will depend on how to apply for the Australian police certificate. Please refer tohttp://canberra.usembassy.gov/obtain_police_cert.html for further information.
Your certificate can be based on a name check or fingerprint check.
If it’s based on a name check, it must contain all aliases previously and presently used. Failure to provide a name check certificate with all aliases may result in the consular officer refusing your application for a police certificate based on a fingerprint check.
Thank you
U.S. Consulate General, Sydney
Immigrant Visa Unit
(CC)"
Then for police certificate from AFP
"Dear Tina,
If you require a full name and fingerprint check you will need to obtain fingerprints from your local police station using their fingerprint form and attach them to our application form and send them to us with your photo ID and cheque/money order $99.
To obtain a suitable set of fingerprints;
1. Ensure that the applicant has clean, dry fingers.
2. Distribute the fingerprint ink evenly over the ink slab (ensure that the ink is not too heavily applied).
3. Roll the fingers from nail edge to nail edge to collect the ink and do the same when placing the finger onto the paper.
4. Avoid excess pressure and try not to allow the fingers to slip when rolling onto the paper.
5. Be sure the impressions are labelled correctly.
6. Also, where possible please record all four fingers taken together.
7. If fingerprints are not in English they will need to be translated and certified.
8. Ensure applicants details are provided on the fingerprint card- applicants full name and date of birth
Kind Regards
Kris"
