this is really bullshit we got approved may 9th and nvc still dont recieve our petition what the heck is goin on????? :'(

I know it's very frustrating. They probably do have it. I called them twice a week and they continued to tell me they hadn't received it for a week and a half after they got it. It then sat in administrative processing for 3 weeks, then they sent it to the wrong embassy and it's taken another 3 weeks to get that straightened out. The NVC is run by a bunch of idiots.

When filing our petition on August 27th, the estimated time for the California Service center had only been 3 months and we expected her to be here in March. My fiancee's mother and younger sister live in Texas so I transferred jobs and just bought a house, moving from Illinois, so that she would still be close to some family. It is now February 14th and the processing time is up to 5.5 months. I can't wait for NOA2

This delay is truly disheartening... We're in constant prayer for some news from the USCIS. Even if it's an RFE, we just want to move forward and begin planning our reunion. I plan of going to Pinas to join my love at the Embassy for the Interview, so that's also hanging over our heads. We really missing each other and need to be together again soon.

This is bad news haaayyysss!! Someone posted this on the forum and I just happen to read it, it was posted January 10, 2013 so that's 3 days ago. Unfortunately CSC are now running at least 8weeks behind for June, July, August and September filers and that their anticipated NOA2 approval time is now a minimum of 7 months. Sigh! Another 2 months of waiting that is possibly be extend to up to 3 months or more cos the adjudicators have been pulled to deal with the backlog of Ob...
