i am really starting to get so so worried...my Dad was interviewed on Nov. 23rd at US Embassy Manila, status in ceac website changed to ISSUED on Dec 3rd...until now it is the same...no tracking number...

did your Mom receive a notification from 2go?  While waiting for the visa packet to come, did you ever check ustraveldocs.com/ph for the passport status? or did you also check 2go website for the status?

because with my Dad, we keep checking all resources and they're all the same - no status

Thanks...yeah, it has been 3 weeks.  We already contacted the visa center in Manila...the agent submitted an escalation request regarding the case status.  we immediately received an email thereafter showing proof of escalation by the agent.  we should learn from them and/or receive a response withing 1-2 business days according to the email.  Per the agent we spoke to yesterday, my Dad's case doesn't show any tracking number even if his application status says ISSUED in ceac website...it is really concerning...is your Mom located in Manila? (if you don't mind me asking...).  thanks.
