    Mr. Kastrs. I will be filing for her IR-1 because we've been married for 10years . And she will be flying back here to where I'm at this week, I also consult a lawyer and he said our case is unique . This is the lawyer told me to file. So tell me ...Does my lawyer was wrong in telling me to file IR-1? because I thought AOS is applicable only if my wife is still in US. Since I cannot do that route because I am working overseas, so I will make her come where I'm at. and I will just provide a document to prove to them my intent to go back and stay in the US.
