When officer ask me whats your employer, What should I say?

Just one employer that I put during application or Should I let officer know that I have another part time job after N 400 application.

My friends needs to file AOS for his mother.

He has TAX transcript for last 2 years but he does not have TAx transcript for last 3 rd year since he did file TAX in 2014. so what to do in  Part 6, Question no. 18 A., 18 B and 19 C.and 20.

He only has last 2 years of tax return . IS it ok for that AOS or It must be 3 years of return for AOS?

No. 4 Documents referring to you and your spouse.

1. tax return , bank a/c, lease , mortgage OR

2.IRS certified copies of income tax OR

3.IRS tax return transcript.

If I select to send no. 1 , does that mean I need to send all like bank a/c , lease, mortgage and tax return or ONLY ONE?
