I have tried a thousand times but the page will not let me, it says because I still within processing times,VSC still shows as being processing October 15 and earlier!!

You are not alone, my NOA 1 is October 23 and still waiting, I thought I was the only one waiting since I didnt hear anybody complaining, I am loosing hope !

I was referring to the k1 pettions, I see on Igor list some noa2 approvals

I thought csc and vermont were the only centers processing k1 visas?? I checked Igors list and it looks like they been doing it all along!

I would like to hear from other filers who still waiting for the NOA2, my NOA1 is from October 23 , current processing time posted at VSC is Octubre 15, so I keep waiting!!

I guess the bottom line is that we have to have a little faith in the system (as messed up as it appears to us to be) and be patient. I feel like we have been left at the train station and the train seems to have passed right by us without even stopping. Our NOA1 date is 10/24/2012. It can be a bit depressing after you see most everyone around you getting approved and they are well into November and December cases. Hang in there all. Good luck to all that are like us playing the waiting game.

Does anybody know about how many days does it move everytime they update it? I know this last time it moved from October 1 to October 15, the reason I am asking is that my NOA1 is October 23, I called uscis and was told it was nothing they could do for me because I still during processing times, frustrating I will hit the 7 month mark tomorrow

does anybody still waiting for their NOA2? my lawyer called to inquire about my petition and He told there will be 22 more days before they look at my case, I started wondering where he got that number from? my noa1 is October 21, processing date posted at VSC is October 1!!! I guess USCIS gives inacurate information to everybody, even to a lawyer
