Extension for ROC is received !!! thank god very excited about this !

Ok it's official ROC started !!! Sent my application today whoohooo !!!! So excited

OK so if anyone is having issue with the GC since your POE date i suggest you go in the Elis website and update all your information , I had been waiting for my husbands GC since JULY 2013 and I kid you guys not on Monday 1/6/2014 i went in and updated all the information and today i have the GC in my hand I feel so happy !! and elated cuz now we can finally relax and breathe !!! have a good night everyone

Its been a while since i was on VJ , however i want to say happy new years to everyone and wishing you a wonderful new year. As for me My hsuband and i are still waiting for his GC so we hope that we get it soon every time we call they say we will get it in a week blah blah blah ... anyone else going through this ?

Well hope everyone is having a blessed day ! soo i have a big question my husband came in on CR1 visa however I have not yet received the GC , so now everytime he goes to apply for a job they ask for the GC and we show the stamp on the passport but they want additional doc . anyone knows what I can do .. any suggestions on what to do ?

i think that ELIS program is messed up ! IT NEVER CHANGES

Signed on to ELIS and noticed my case went from Accepted to "Optimized" they received my case on 7/12/13 ... but his POE was on 6/29/13 guess thats why its taking so long.. praying this green card comes fast so i can stop worrying about it !! anyways enjoy the rest of your Monday everyone !!

Sooo we have not recieved my hubby greencard i have no idea as to why , hes been here a month now ! Who should i be calling to find the status of the GC. I paid the 165.00 immigration fee everything was going fine and now we have come to this lil hiccupp !! Anyone have Any suggestions

My boo has been here a month and its definitly been a crazy ride !!! but am gonna stick through after all that work i did i cant give up on this ,,, no one said this adjustment would be easy !!

Today am sitting here watching my husband eat ... and i am thinking how much i longed to see him in my house ...
