I guess a lot of us don't understand why you did not follow the USCIS instructions for filing a K1 visa petition. Instructions can often be a little confusing, yes, but this is pretty obvious:
The petition requires a meeting BEFORE starting the visa process
The petition requires photos and other evidence of meeting BEFORE starting the process.
Deciding to marry someone you have never met is...impractical.

NOA2 received March 19th. Now the paperwork is at the NVC. Three weeks ago, I called and got a case number (KEV)
Today, I phoned (4/30), so it's been there at NVC for almost 6 weeks now. I was told 'Administrative Processing'. She was polite and recommended I call NVC once per week. So that's it. It's a waiting period, while they do their thing.
