    We are moving through this process. Shaun has his work and travel card and applications are being submitted for work. He has been in this country for 4 months and is adjusting so well! I am so excited that everything has fallen into place! For those still waiting...have faith...all things come together...at the perfect time!

    Married a month ago - Back from our honeymoon and just getting adjusted! Biometrics appointed schedule for next week! The process is moving smoothly! God is good - all the time! Blessed to have my husband here after this long journey!

    So this week he will have been here for 1 month on the 10th! I cant believe how time flies by! He is still loving it here in the US. Gets a little home sick at time, but I attempt to comfort him. We get married in 10 days...and I cant wait to spend the rest of my life with this wonderful man!

    A week has officially passed - and I am in heaven! Having him here is my greatest blessing. All was worth the long wait (not that I would wish that wait on on couple who is in love)!

    after the weekend and the holiday no interview date scheduled yet. Hopefully by the end of this week I have a date in my hands...trying to remain somewhat positive.

      I called the dos twice today and emailed the embassy yesterday, waiting for response. They were closed yesterday for boxing day. Thanks guys. I'm not trying to piss anyone off and have them shove my file to the bottom of the pile:) lol

    Day 5 of calling the DOS to see if an interview has been scheduled - and NOT YET!! Frustrated and trying to stay patient - just wish the wheels would turn a little faster - we are already not together for the holidays - yet another year!

      Thanks! and they have the never to be closed today for the holiday as well! I am at work - they should work :-) I was hoping for a nice Christmas gift - but at this rate it might be new years! Merry Christmas.

    Day 2 of calling DOS to see if an interview date has been scheduled....Praying our luck will change with tomorrow's phone call...The third time is always a charm!

      I work from home so I was able to call and sit on hold. I didnt want to drive myself crazy...but at the same time...i was going crazy not knowing. One day I called in the AM...got the standard yet professional NO response. Then I called later that day...and viola!! Had a date. Keep on them. you'll get it soon!

      Thanks for the nice words. I called today and they said my file was updated with infomration yesterday, but no date yet. They guy was real nice and said call back tomorrow it should be soon

    Thanks for all of your assistance via email. Day 2 today and I called and no appointment has been scheduled yet! Keeping my fingers crossed for my call tomorrow.
