    My fiancé sent in her letter of affidavit to the uscis along with my affidavit to I need another copy of hers to be sent to me? Or will that be sent on to Dublin with there other information we gave?

    nOA2 received today so happy.

    You have been so helpful my I add.

    Hi there,

    Glad to hear your visa is moving along. I'm still waiting for NOA2 but have some questions I was wondering what you had to do for the police report and also any other information you had to gather for your pack 3 for the Dublin embassy. Any info is much appreciated as I would like to be ready when my visa actually does start moving along.

    191 days today and still I await for news on N2

      dont give up. you are not alone. I have been waiting for 7 months and 6 days to be exact. ( 216 days) lol. I know how you feel. Call the USCIS and speak to a tier 2 and file for a service request. That's what we did this week and the tier 2 said, we will wait for the letter from VSC in a week or two. The waiting game really needs more patience. It's hard but we dont have a choice. Stay positive!

      Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately my received date is June 4th and the date on the processing time on the uscis website is May 28th so ill have to wait for the processing date to exceed mine. I was hoping to have it before Christmas prob not now. I had been living and working in America for 13 months until March of last year I'm in the American system and paid my taxes and everything. Obviously this means nothing to these people who take care of the visa's. I understand they have a ...

      (Sorry March of this year)Lot of visas to process and I wouldn't begrudge anyone receiving there visa but this process is incredible stressful .

      I hope they fast track your visa as that wait is terrible I really feel your pain I hope you receive some progress soon

    The waiting continues And still no sign of improvement hopefully this week will be more positive with some news. God this system is so unfair it's ridiculous
