And in order to get that, I need the papers I've sent to Auntie's so Joshua could sign.. Auntie won't reply my line... Theres three papers for him to sign and one is petition for being the father of Maddie and the other two is marriage license both the same they gave me two.. and I guess we need two...

So I need to file Maddie's CRBA.. and Joshua needs to file i-130 for me @ the same time I guess... I went to get her birth report the other day and saw that I haven't listed Joshua's name on there... but they told me if we have "koseki to-hon" it's like a list of family members... And Joshua's name on that, we don't need the birth report..

I've posted it and everybody said to file both the i-130 and Maddie's birth report @ the same time. ..

No not yet... I'm kinda waiting on the marriage stuff...
