    Working on opting in for EP but I can't seem to get the same answer twice about how to do it properly for GUZ/GZO. I was told I needed the 3032 they sent, then that I needed a different 3032, then told I needed a 261, then told by a supervisor at NVC that I have to write an email asking to opt in with no forms and then they will send me the DS 261 later.
