  1. I think you'll just be "out of status" for a couple of days, but I don't think it matters as far as your AoS being successful, but being out of status is never ideal. I don't know how current this is but: http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1k2visa-aos.html#6.1

    There's a few threads about it kicking about if you google, this one is quite an old, but meaty, discussion on the topic;

  2. Good Afternoon my VJ Family.

    What an amazing day!!

    I finally got an Approved NOA 2..

    Just as i was on my last string of hope

    i received a text that i have been approved.

    i'm an August 10 filer.

    Just want to let everyone that is still waiting to hang in there

    it will come when you least expected. Don't let any of those

    daily thoughts that you did something wrong take over your day.

    It looks like Vermont Service Center is really backed up.

    Goodluck everyone and for those that already received the

    NOA2 what are the next steps. Or what forms should i be

    getting ready??

    Congrats!!

  4. Hello Everyone

    When it comes to medical exam their particular on chest x-ray and those having infectious diseases.Better to have a chest x-ray at St.luke's Medical Center so you can have a baseline data.I did it last month thanks god my lungs is clear.No worries at all for my in coming physical exam.

    Stay healthy avoided crowded places,cover your mouth when going out/ridding a jeep and make sure you wont have cough prior to your exam.
