Hi dwheels76. Got the good news. Got email last night. Interview on Sept 27! Got the news on 2nd week! I guess they can schedule any time of the month. Please update your list. You will find me on the top of your list. One of the longest time on the list that waited for an Interview date. Since March 27!.

Just called NVC. Still no Interview date. Agent told me they are waiting for Phnom Penh Embassy to get an interview date. The agent actually told me my NVC case was completed on March 27. I got email on April 3rd. That was the date I thought my case was completed. It's not the case. My NVC completion date was March 27

Still no Interview date. My NVC case completed same date as yours. Still no news

I got AOS fee & IV invoice all on same email & paid all together same day

Looks like you & me on the same boat. NVC keep asking unreasonable paperwork. Like 2012 tax return. Like you I just spent whole month of January in Cambodia, Malaysia, Bangladesh with my honey. She was denied K-1 visa on Sept 21, 2011 without any reason even though we had overwhelming evidence that our relationship is real. Made 7 trips to Cambodia so far in 2 years!

You sent your application 5 moths after I did & you got approved way before I did!! I was hoping she would get here by Khmer new year but they kept asking for unnecessary unreasonable paperwork that delaying the case at NVC

Just paid the AOS fee & Immigrant visa fee online. On the receipt says now I can start to fill out I-864Z & send with receipt cover letter. My understanding was NVC will send information what to do next once I pay the fee. Should I wait or follow direction on receipt paper & send I-864Z with cover sheet?

Check your status. Just checked my status & surprised to see my I-130 was approved on Jan 16. I am vacationing with my wife in Malaysia & got this news in hotel room when my wife was next to me! What a way to get the news!Never got email or sms notification although signed up for both!

What a way to get the news!! We are both together when got this news. So memorable. But still a long way to go. We were denied once as K-1 so we can not rest until visa is approved.

Never got sms or email notifications. I did sign up for both. Wasn't expecting it. Happened to be with my wife vacationing in Malaysia. We were both together in hotel room when I unexpectedly just checked status online & there it is after a long long wait: On January 16, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

We are still waiting! Our date is May 22

As of January 4th, they are still stuck at May 21 for last 3 weeks. I called USCIS as every week I do. If no reply by January 21, I may be able to open an inquiry. Right now they are saying it's under normal timeline.
