    Apologies - now I understand the issue. IMO, is best to get an ILS human with a Congressman's office involved, asap, to get the casefile rerouted to NVC.

      No I didn't. Didn't even know that was a possible discussion. I don't know what to do and obviously calling them again isn't going to get me anywhere.

      I called on Friday and talked to an ISO. She told me my case was at the Philadelphia field office (???). I asked her to send an expedite request, but nothing has come of it so far. I am beyond livid.
