    Apologies - now I understand the issue. IMO, is best to get an ILS human with a Congressman's office involved, asap, to get the casefile rerouted to NVC.

      Did you go over routing with that ISO ? NRC vs NVC? I had some issue also, but after resolution with the ILS Human, it went outta the local office on day 31 past approval, on to NVC.

      No I didn't. Didn't even know that was a possible discussion. I don't know what to do and obviously calling them again isn't going to get me anywhere.

      I say keep trying. The Phils office has obviously screwed up, so USCIS can still fix it, if you hurry.
