    Welcome to another monthly thread for NVC! In this first post, you'll find useful links as well as phone numbers/email addresses. In the second post I've compiled a FAQ and at the end summarized the NVC process.     Make sure to put YOUR A# on the form and they can find your old immigration file and see what your name looks like in Russian. To my mind the native alphabet is the alphabet used by the country of your citizenship which in this case is the USA.
