    Its definitely an emotional roller coaster!

    The easier thing would be to take a step away from the forum for a while and Igor's list. Try to forget your waiting for anything. Its amazing what a difference it makes to your life. Problem is the need to check is addictive :blush:

    Hello fellow dec. filers. We all made it through our 3 months waiting. The CSC is really slowing down and they updated their processing time lately and they still put July 18,2012 under k1/k2 visa. Its kinda sad and upon checking their National Average now is on 10.2 month. It really sucks. My fiance cannot visit unfortunately cause were saving the money for visa and medical and those kind of expenses soon. I tried to skip checking online case status and avoid cheking here so that i cant think how long to go. But i guess all we have to do is just wait and wait. :bonk: But forum helps a lot though, it gives ideas and strength how to deal this long wait. :whistle:

    He won't need your Birth Certificate as of yet. You'll need to send original copy and ink signed of G-325A and Letter of Intent. If you were once married in the Philippines then you would need the annotated Marriage Certificate from NSO and the finality from court with the petition.

    Hello, Good day! I am new here, i dont know where and how to start browsing around the site. A friend of mine gave me the link. I just have some questions about starting K1 visa. Me and my fiance ( from US) were about to to start K1 visa process and he wants to send the application tomorrow. But after reading some infos online i end up browsing here again..Since he is going to send the application tomorrow, i wonder if theres any documents needed like my birth certificate, etc. or should we wait till we hear back froM them..

    I am hoping that you could give me advices about this process? So that i can tell me fiance, He wanted to get a lawyer for easier and smooth process but i am the who suggest not to so that we can at least save some money for the whole process and spec. for tickets and fares soon..
