    i should be getting an answer about my checklist in nvc around valentine's day im praying i get good news since im not gonna celebrate it with my hubby

    so my checklist have been so confusing that i decided to call today turns out i did everything right that i had to put n/a for mailing address which btw it says fill out if diff. from current address their just making excuses i swear but is ok i have faith that god has his best interest positive this nightmare will end soon :D

    hey i havent been on since my infopass so quick update i have totally given up and at this point i dont care im taking my son and were going to DR to live with my husband till he can come back with us

      I'm sorry you are going through all this I understand is a hard situation, especially when there is a baby involved that still has not met his daddy, I do wish you the best of luck out there, just make sure to take all your supporting document, in the event you get an interview date while your are out there. And I hope you get a fast approval, LIKE SOON! Take care!

      Have you checked with your Congressman's office? That's what moved things for me from USCIS to NVC....was very thankful I called them!!

    ok guys so i had my infopass yesterday idk if the guy was helpful or not atleast he gave me some information here is what he said according to their system i sent out my i-130 in january i corrected him and said november he then looked at the screen and said ok ima be honest our systems are ###### up so your file was going around from nbc to vermont and is fianlly here it got here in may and no your case has not been assigned to anyone as of yet but dont be discouraged give it another 2-4 mon...

    contacted my senator and they sent me a release form to fill out i did that and sent it back let's hope their more helpful then uscis

    so they are saying my case has been on someones desk since april and that it just hasn't been dealt with that i have no rfes just sitting there looking pretty not getting approved wow great and then they say it might take this lazy #### person up to 9 months to approve me this is totally unfair

    i have been seeing soo many january filers getting approved while i'm happy for them makes me think helloooo november filer here !!!
