Did you receive the notification that your case had been shipped to the NVC?

I am not a TSC transfer. I am a VSC only. I originally put in a service request on July 16 and they mailed me a notice stating they shipped it on July 12 which clearly was a lie. IF they did ship it, it went to the wrong place or they did not ship it at all. I am so angry.

I've been waiting since 06/24 when my NOA2 was approved. I don't think anyone here has been waiting longer than me.

I have NOA2 of June 24 and still no case number. This is torture

Nothing. Today is day 38 since my NOA2 and no sign of my case at NVC. This week I have completed the following:

1. Emailed SCOPSSCATA

2. Emailed Omnibudsman

3. Put in a request for help with my congressman

4. Made a second service request w/ USCIS

5. Made an Infopass appt for Wed

Does anyone have any other suggestions. I am so angry and frustrated.

I appreciate any help.

Mine shipped on July 12th. Still no case number

Did you call the NVC @ 603-334-0700 using your VSC number to determin if it has arrived? This can help you count the days they physically have the file and when they manually enter it.

They didn't receive it yet! I'm going crazy. The USCIS is saying they sent it on July 12.

Hi, My NOA2 is 06/24 and I still do not have a case number from NVC. I am VSC (not texas transfer). I was wondering if anyone else approved in June still does not have a case number?

Thanks for answering. I am not near a USCIS office, but I have called and spoken to tier 2 four or five times and they tell me that they cannot tell me that information and that I just have to wait. I guess the most frustrating part is the lack of consistency in the answers I am getting from both USCIS and NVC. I just want to know WHERE my petition is at this point, and no one seems to be able to tell me.

My NOA2 was 6/27. I have not gotten any notification that my case has been transferred from TSC to NVC. I called NVC and they do not have my case yet. I am really upset. I put in a request for an inquiry with my senators office. I hope something happens soon.

My NOA2 is 6/24. I was not transferred to TSC; I am at VSC. I received notice that I was shipped on 07/12. Please let me know what your senator says. I am also very frustrated

Did your petition get approved at Vermont as well? I have called USCIS several times and always get a different answer. It is very frustrating.

Hi, I really need your help. My NOA2 is 06/24. I spoke to a tier 2 rep and they said my case was shipped to NVC from VSC on July 12. As of yesterday evening, my case had not arrived. I don't think that is normal as a case should arrive w/i a few days at NVC. What should I do now? Should I contact my senator? If I do contact my senator how do I do that?

Hi, my fiance is Cuban. I just went there to visit and we have received our NOA2 more quickly than expected. Is there anyone whose partner went to the K1 visa interview without them (Cuban)? What was the result and how did it go?

I have to send my fiance the documents for the interview. Does anyone know how I can do that if I do not know anyone going to Cuba soon? I called DHL and they said that they only provide services from Florida. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I just received my NOA2. My fiance is Cuban. I was wondering what people's experiences were at the consulate in Havana--should I definately be there for the interview or can my fiance attend alone and still will likely be approved.
