hello my VJ friends i want firstable to thank you for your replies and help...i got the approval i-130.....i know about it from my timeline uscis and i received email ..but im wondering now after 7 days since my approval and i did not receive any thing (notice ...letter ....instructions...) is that normal to wait for soo long like couple weeks please i need help here ....thank you all god bless you

i got my aproval yesterday too congratulations ..can you give me idea how long we will wait for the visa .....becouse after the proval thing we have visa number ...

I got home today and checked our status and there it was 'APPROVED' today. We are ecstatic. We know the same will come for those who are still waiting on this leg of the process. Thank you all and bless you all.

Post Decision Activity is that mean i dont have to go to intervieww becouse this status came after the interview and testing .......wondering......thank you all for you help my best wishes for you alllll

If you do not receive the approval notice within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

how is that i did not got it

a bill in her name (only) is useless as evidence of a bonafide marriage.

i got it my friends my wife just called and they told her if you dont have billes by your two names on it you just have to send yours.....and there is no problmem about it thank you for advices and i still on the right way ....

If you guys spent any time together, you can also send pictures of both of you along with call transcripts, emails, chat transcripts. Hopefully, this would satisfy them....If you don't have anything, maybe you can send affidavits from people who attended your wedding.

hello my Vj Friends ...im confused lil bit ....they sent us list of RFE asking utility bills showing both of our names.......how is that possible i never been there and we dont have billes togather by our names and other things too like S .SECURITY i am soo confused ... in this case can you help me what we have to do in this case or ....just sending what they ask with my wife's name on it is that enough ?

I am sure she is aware of what happens at the NVC stage as I told her. But I also told her how to do the I-130 correctly, so go figure. It's funny because she does keep saying "I don't know why they denied us the last time. What's wrong with us?"... when in fact she DOES know - it is because she filed the wrong form over a YEAR earlier. Yikes.

we got letter and today my wife will send them all evidence textes photos and skype yahoo facebook chat history and letter she wrote for them discribe how we've met...but my question is how long that take to i receive another notice from them ?

Did they request evidence of bona fide relationship and now you want to submit text messages as evidence?

They will review what you sent in and assuming all is good will approve the I-130. There is no guarantee on time frame, but good news is they are working on it! I got an RFE for my birth certificate not being legible enough. They approved our case about a week and a half after I sent in what they requested... so the long waiting is nearing an end... youhave the light at the end of your tunnel!

evidence of relationship photos letters .....good news my wife perepared every thing and tomorrow will send them ...whats next..and how long i have to wait more ...i dont know if im close or soo far ?

hello my VJ friends i dont know what to do or what to think and what im gonna do .....i got my receipte number MSC and i can now see my case on line (intial review....) but after 17 days and i did not receive my hard copy ? !!! im confused and worry about this any one can help and calm me down about this situation

You just said here you received the receipt number, that is the NOA1

yes thats normal for xmas holidays,if you don't receive it by next week, call them, did you file G-1145 along with the 1-130,then you would get an E.MAIL. that it was received.be patient.

hello we filled the I-130 and we got the receipt number start with MSC ..since the 4TH till now i did not recive the hard copy till now and we are in the 2nd week how long i have to wait for more ? and when my wife went to the post office the postman told my wife its normal becouse of the hollydays...is that normal to wait so long like this
