Thanks for your concern, Also at the insurance company for the car , they asked proof of my driving history in Canada otherwise that couldnt add me in the insurance !! ..were you asked this as well ??
I didn't because I have a learner's permit, but they probably want to know so that they can set your insurance rate applicably. Not sure where you can get this done, but can probably look on Province of Ontario website to see if Ontario was the only province you lived in.
