I would keep checking and if there are appts available click YES. Then on the other page it will ask you again if you want to change your appt or not. If you do select the date/time, then click yes. I had my interview in Montreal and I brought an accordian folder with all of our stuff in it. My fiancee brought a small folder with her stuff in it as well. If I were you I would get and accordian folder so that you can label and be organized. All you would need to do is show them what they want to see so you would just take that out and show them.
