  1. How do I create more than one timelines? I have multiple cases for my family.

  2. I have a quick question. My fiance applied for F1 visa in Nairobi Kenya but was denied twice. She was told she didn't have strong ties to compel her to come back to Kenya. I'm joining the US army and be naturalized in a few months. I want to petion k1 visa for her. Will her 2 visa denials influence the decision for k1 visa? Also, is it necessary that I go to kenya during her interview? I have visited her twice in the last 2 years and we have photos, airtickets, bus tickets, hotel receipt...

      It will not affect it.

I agree with Velrich. Before with the F1 she was having to prove strong ties to show she was "NOT" trying to immigrate. Now she "IS" trying to immigrate to marry you. However, most of the time, if she does not have family in the states, they have denied k1 petitions because they know African's have strong ties to family and their families want to be part of the marriage ceremony.

I would go back, marry her and then petition for her IR1/CR1. After her arrival, there would be nothing to adjust, like you have to do after k1 and since you are going into the service, you may even be able to expedite the process. I also thought K1 but went back and married during the second visit then petitioned. The process took 8 months and he is here an working. I've never regretted changing my mind.
