  1. My local Hialeah, Florida immigration office finished 4 days files in 1 month. I don't know what they are doing and how they work at least I know that they are not working on Friday . Last month they finished 2 week file and now they come to the point that they work only 4 days a week and progress is 4 days file not even one week files they finish in 1 Month. Damn Worst WORST immigration office. I have no idea what to do now.? I made another info pass.

Well all you can do is wait really....hope it goes fast.

Also you should try to explain yourself a little better as is very dfficult to understand (4 days file in 1 month, week files , etc...)

    Good luck!

  2. Hi,

we are September 2012 filers, and had the EAD/AP card approved in late October 2012. Our I-485 is still pending. We just called to ask about the case and they told us it was recently transferred to the local office after sitting at the NBC until then. They also put in a service request as it is past processing time.

We're just wondering when we should reapply for new EAD/AP, knowing that it usually takes 3 months? Of course the hope is the green card gets approved soon, but at this rate, who knows.

    thanks

I asked the same thing to the IO at my appointment with INFOPASS and she said basically just apply to be safe if I considered I had to.... I will wait until beginnings of august to do it.

  3. So....as I already said I finally did go to an INFOPASS, and most of it was expected.

Appointment at 14.30h, time helped........15.40h, congrats USCIS even with appointment you go with a delay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About case, they said they received my case 6 days ago and will process soon. Interesting facts:

    > Are the cases sent from NBC in a chronological order, and processed like that at the local office as well? ANSWER from IO: NO THEY ARE NOT

    > Will I still have the interview as my case is set to interview waiver (hence taking double the time)? ANSWER from IO: maybe yes maybe not, is 50-50 chance

The worst is that I have friends coming over to have vacations together second week of august and wanted to go to Bahamas on a cruise, and I can tell that two days before we go omewhere else on vaccations I'll receive the damn message!!!!!!!!!!!! (I hope so too!)

  4. My spouse was going through her emails and deleting a whole bunch of stuff. She turned to me and said, baby, there is an email from USCIS and I don't know what it means.

It was sent 11:45 PM, 5 July 2013 and it was in Spanish. Well, it says...

On July 5, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

    Approved!!!

    Hurray!!!

I've done all the paperwork myself with the help of VisaJourney and all its members.

We Thank You "ALL" for the great help!!!

    and "Support"!!!

    Congratulations guys!!!!!!

  5. I am at Oakland Park which is technically processing October and nothing is happening so....not a very reliable source anyway.

I was going this morning to Infopass and then I decided to cancel it and give it a few more days....then of course I regretted it thinking at least I should go and say f*** you ranting33va.gifranting33va.gif

I made a new one for July 16th....but I haven't hard from anyone that had a succesful/profitable appointment. I'm sick of wainting and probably my vacactions will have to be around the US instead of Bahamas.....gggrrrrrr I really don't want to have to ask for another EAD etc...

  6. This is absolutely ridiculous.... I hope they have finished processing August filers and moving on September asap. If anyone reads or knows secret7vf.gif about any Sept filer that was approved any comment would be highly appreciated, I have seen already some October filer approved without interview (don't remember if they were adjusting from K1).

My local office is technically processing files from Oct 18th......ha!! ha ! haaaaaaaaaaa!!! and ha!rofl.gif

As Smashrun says the worse is the delay its causing regarding to ROC etc...

Anyone that received the letter of "stop bothering" has tried the Ombudsman thing? I am thinking of trying....

  7. Just thinking about this and.....

Up until August - files were being transferred to CSC. August was the first month that NBC has processed since files stopped being transferred ( and they are not being processed very quickly), so.... this makes me wonder if NBC has now decided to start shipping files off to local offices to relieve some of their work load?

Not saying this in a bad way but we should be working with facts, not hypothesis, otherwise you can go crazy about it.

We just have to wait a ¨little bit more more more more¨.....until someone from September starts posting than they have already been processed and go from there seeing what the tendency is... I believe by beginning of next week we should start seeing posted some updates from September AOS filers.

  8. Same here! We will be hitting the 9 months mark on June 15th, we did a service request a few weeks ago and they replied ¨We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months from this letter please call....¨

I really hope is also just the way to say WAIT and there's nothing wrong with our case. And really hope to NOT get a RFE or interview after all this long time.

lets hope the best for all of us!
