    who can help me?after canceling our k1 now move to cr1.i am just starting reading all the documents needed for filing i-130. i so confuse about the marriage contract the i need to send. it is the marriage contract from NSO or just the certified copy of marriage contract?

      the USCIS and NVC will require the NSO copy.

    Here's hoping that I get my visa interview schedule in January 2013. Me and hubby plan to have our church wedding in Feb. and then he can bring me home to the US. God's timing is perfect. He knows best. :)

    PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW! Petition CR1 granted November 26, 2012. I am in great joy. My husband doesnt know yet as he is still asleep this time. Our good lawyer just emailed us about 7 hours ago. Whew!!! I am in great joy!

      Hi and thank you! Yes our immigration lawyer is taking charge and we have submitted all the required docs to him for NVC. I guess RFE was sent back to Missouri.

      We just did normal processing. :)
