Hmmm...Best of luck for me :)Yes, I have all the documentary evidence and proofs (IT returns, one year bank statement, postpaid telephone bills, employment verification letter from office , three months pay stubs (latest) travel insurance, the NOA1 and RFE docs alond with the complete I129F pkg. I hope that will suffice the requirement.

I KNOW!! My fiancee called them and also submitted an e-request but got back the same auto response with no definite timeframe...

Did you hear about your RFE and what was the reason, if you don't mind?

Well, I hope it doesn't take much longer but as per my timelines it states that the case will be adjudicated between March 17th & 23rd..

Hi GM, no worries, my RFE was coz my fiancee's photo specification didn't match and they wasnted the two pasport photos as pert their specifications which we mailed and should be deliverd today. Hopefully will get approved by the end of this month.

Sorry to hear about your RFE but it's good in a way that they have worked on your application. Hopefully it's just some minor ...
