Hi JE06!Yes I have done 2 service requests, written to my senator and congressman, wrote to the Ombudsman but still no news!

I don't think calling tier 2 people helps at all. Every time I get a different answer or they just tell me that they can do another Service request!

I see! I got a call from the office of my congressman and was told that I should hear something within 30 days. When I asked her if they are doing name check, she said probably not. She said they do those types of things during NVC/Consulate phase! I am totally confused!
