I'm sorry to hear that again our interview was a year ago this date. I was there they interviewed me first than him. He has two kids. I was told why i did file for them. I said we will before the year is over. I also have two kids my self. She said since i am here why dont we get married. I was leaving the next day.it has been every difficult for me i did a lot of crying and asking my self What went wrong. But i trust God and he will make a way. I got a letter last week that our case is close and i can file again. So we are getting marry this year and i will file for him has my spouse. Just be strongh....

I am filing a k-1 for my finace and he wants to bring his kids with him. They are both under 10 yrs....What is proverty guideline for 6 people...I have two kids and he has two kids...Should he come first than send for the kids...OR should he apply for everyone at the same time.NVC just send the approve letter now to the embassy...God first
