I have just began the immigration process. Have sent the first package, it has been recieved and approved. My cheque has been cashed!
As our wedding planning has began, (we are doing the K-1 Visa), I have a question.
Is it ok to do the church ceremony and the reception in Canada, and then simply enter the USA (as a married person under the church) and sign my papers there? Or is this going to lead me into trouble?
I really want to marry in my hometown!
Please help me out here! I don't want to be doing something illegal!
