I am going through one of these hand of God moments too. You just have to pray and wait for an answer. Waiting is the hardest part because we are not patient beings. I wish you all the luck in the world. I really do.

I am the USC. The embassy abroad really messed us up. They held us in AP for over a year. Then told us to file a waiver which we knew we had to do but they added a misrep as well but never told us what the misrep was for. We tried to fight it but the court denied us. We were told no jurisdiction and have to fight it out with USCIS. So we filed the waiver in August now we are just waiting for a decision.

I emailed John Boehner. My Senators have not helped me so far. Once told me he would not help me until USCIS has had our waiver for more than a year. Really?? We have been at this process for over 2 years.

Join the club. I am emailing every representative I can. They should make us a priority first.

I feel the same way. 2 and a half years separated. I moved back to America, waited a year and then went back to marry my husband. Now AP since June 4th. I'm going crazy and want to pull my hair out. I just keep feeling as of the days are going by and I am not accomplishing my life. I want a normal life again. How can they do this to us!!
