Id like to thank.everyone for trying to explain to my husband what happened as it was not my account the.bank held my check for 10 business days and returned it. But my husband says.that i didnt send the payment at all which is bot the case. So it has created a big problem between him and i so i will be cancelinv the petition and filing for divorce becaise that is what he wants which is really a shame and we have a beautiful 4 month old daughter so if anyone knows what i need to do to file id appreciate any advice

yes this is my sec the first on was in novemver 7 2012 and we did get denail on the 3 july we have been calling uscis to find out why the reason why got denail for all they can said wait for notice we did wait for how long and we dont get that notice at all i did call the uscis again and get with an officer imgrant and she did told me we need to apply again because nbc is very slow and we did apply so usics did accepte our case on 8 my case was intiail review after that go back to acceptance i did make sure about everything

we did filed on 7 november 2012 and nbc messe up everything and we did apply again so ur right with nbc takes years not months

hi there is not thing you can do trust me speacil with nbc all you need to do right now is to start all over about my case it has been over 13 mounth's and not thing come yet dont waist time for waiting or anything please just you need to apply again as soon as you can bunch people same happen to them is very bad service nbc you have no idea they wont even let you put request or what ever if even they did it tooks years so good luck god bless you

the problem is not to call usics or anything please is nbc service so very bad i have talked with an immgration officer and she did explain to me that we need to start all over again because nbc they messed up bunch of kiss's our first notice of denail was 3 jun and we never get it that's why we start all over

we sent our i130 and now wondering if we should send the i129f our would it cause our case to be slower

we never recieved the notice to as why we were denied we put in a service request and still nothting as of yet but since we have applied we have had a baby we have more evidence of co mingling of finances a home in both names and so much more pluse we are going to file the I129f this time as well do you think this will help our case
