  1. To tell you the truth though living in NY and knowing many people from outside the US who live here I have met many people from Brazil trying to marry Americans for their visa, and I have met many nanny's from Germany and Europe trying to find some nice American boy so they can stay in the USA.So honestly you can be from anywhere and want the visa. But of course you are right some countries to have a higher tendency of wanting visas more.Like my fiances.lol. Well 2 years into our realtionshp(This Wednesday) Im pretty sure to say we are not fraud. :)

  2. So I just get off the phone with my lawyers paralegal and he said what he saw by just by googling unapproved visas from Morocco was because people had met there fiances online.Now..being on this website for the past few months it sure seems like most people on here have met online. But then indeed afterwards meet there fiances in person. Now I do remember someone from the Morocco community on here once saying what they have seen over and over again by people not getting approved is people being to young and possibly only seeing there fiance one time in Morocco. Im going on my 7th trip and the 8th being for his interview each stay being 2 weeks except for 2 trips over the summer being for 6 weeks long. Am I crazy still to be nervous about us get unapproved? I mean I know it all boils down to what they ask him in the interview. But Im praying everyday for the best, when that day comes!

  3. To add, YES,I had notarized statements from my best friend, sister, my spouse himself. The only one I didn't get notarized was the statement from MYSELF. I signed and dated it. My rationale was that they should believe me because I am the petitioner. :D

So you had your friends and family write letters for you?I thought of that but was not sure. I guess I could do it for the interview?

  4. So someone told me that when you get your NOA2 that my fiance will get a message in a email with what he should do next.Is this correct? Cause I know he should recieve a letter also. But Im very worried because I sent him a letter Nov 15th from NY and now its over a month later and he still has not gotten it.(He lives very far from any major cities). Im just worried that if he doesnt get his packet until very late this will delay things very much for us. Can I just use the forms that are on the US Embassy website they have listed so he can start filling out those forms ahead of time? This is what I saw on the embassy website so I figure this is what he will get in the mail also.(but of course with more specifics)

  5. So my situation is the last three years I have been in graduate school making very little money working as a teachers assistant. I just now have finished my Masters and is making a larger income and a different position. Since I have to show the last 3 years tax returns would I still need a sponsor because I made under the federal poverty guidelines?

See I originally had a sponosor my best friend. But she got pregnant and went on bed rest early and is not going back to work after the baby.So I cant use her right? I dont know what to do.I really need help. Plus my dad thinks if I use him and something happens to my fiance the government could take his money or something bad would happen. :(
