I AM AN IDIOT..... I received a RFE Dec.2012 I mailed in all evidence that was requested but I forgot to send back the RFE Letter and just now noticed that it says to send it back with evidence. Maybe this is why I have not received a reply? it has been almost 60 days since VSC received my evidence

WOW it has been 42 days now since uscis recieved my evidence that they requested and I still have not gotten a reply saying they recieved it .. Im going crazy

I think they have lost it too.....The evidence they asked for was evidence that i sent in original petition i just didnt know i was supposed to put our name and date and location on the back of them... but they waited 6 months after i filed petition before they asked for that evidence which i find strange... and everytime i call uscis they tell me to wait the 60 days for my reply to rfe, im so scared that after the 60 days they will deny me saying i didnt send the evidence requested even thou...

first of all i dont have a way to contact vermont service center. all i have is the number to ucis if u have a number for vermont service center i would love to have it. I called ucis and they said they didnt even see on my account where i was asked for more evidence which is scary..... so they sent in a service request to vermont and said i should hear something about my service request in 2 week

i want to go to jordan again to visit my fiance` the distance is killing us... im in my 5th month of waiting on noa2 for k1visa have not received anything since the rfe in august. would it be a good idea to go for a couple of months while waiting on the noa2 from immigration if i take all the paperwork he will need for his interview with me like co ponsor and I 134 or should i stay here and wait for the noa2

I filed for the k1 visa 4 months ago and the only thing I have heard back from immigration is a request for a copy of Hmazeh's passport. I dont know if that is good or bad ? It is killing us being apart I have made 2 trips to Jordan to see him I miss ...
