It's been over a months since my interview, everything goes well, but still didn't receive green card, no update online, who can tell me what's going on???

CdnRN, what is that mean， physical location of file? so does that mean local uscis hasn't had our file yet? is it sent from MO Center?

Sigh, it's because we have two address, only is physical, one is mailing, which confused them. So I wrote an explanation letter to ask them to mail to our mailing address. Hope they would respond soon. Puzzle solved. Thanks Harpa, A&B !

Prepared everything according to instruction, not sure what do they want? Quite common to see RFE for AOS, what would be possibly wanted for EAD/AP? So weird

Your interview is scheduled pretty fast! Have you done anything to it? Ours been pending for weeks still waiting for scheduling...

AOS, EAD, AP application were received July 1st - Nebraska Service Center

Biometrics was done on July 28th

Haven't heard anything back since then...not even a change in status....

I've got a domestic trip planned for Sept. 18. I am worried that they may schedule an interview on the date of my trip. Should I be worried?

Depending on how long your trip is. From timelines looks like interviews scheduled now will be in Early Oct

What ID should I bring for biometrics？Passport/driver license still has the maiden name, gonna change driver license name but I'm not sure if I can get it in time with married name before appointment

Is that means there's chance officials might not approve / use whatever name you write on the AOS form? I'm thinking to put my last name as middle name.

And thanks for your reply, I was a little worried earlier , I thought only my marriage certificate shown myself,s last name, since other posts keep mentioning use that as a prove...now relieved a bit

Incorrect, a beneficiary can apply for a visa in a country they legally reside in.

O, that's good for some people. So, does this apply to tourist visa? Like can you apply in a country that you're staying for a while but under tourist visa? In which way it will be convenient for him to do the interview and stuff, no need to return to home country?

Yes, emailed but i don't think that helps any. All the replies are the same just telling you to wait. Btw, their official email responding time extended from 3 days to a week now. Too much workload? anyway, As long as l know people who does not quit get passed somehow. That's kinda unfair

Quited already, still get AP. Don't understant why? Anyone know how long this would take? It's been almost two months. Especially since the GUZ moved their office, which took another 2-3weeks out, the whole process just become extremely long and hard.The waiting is killing me...

it is said beneficiary has to apply from his/her own country, why dont u apply from philipine instead which would be easier? saw two foreigners on interview day not sure which type they were applying, but looks like they all failed pass through

The same situation, sent in more docs. in July, and almost 2 months under AP after interview. Looks like they've been working extremely slow after moving into new office. Only God can help us.

So it appears that they don't have P3 Instruction on line any more. According to the old version, i only need to mail back the instrution form, ds-230part1, and EMS Label, right? Do I have to use EMS to send them document or other company is fine?

So I read the passage about the short cut, by that way, I assume there's no difference between the papers they send out and the one on line right? Also, while printing the instruction, is it single or both sides of paper? Do you need to mail back both English and Chinese or just one version is good? Thx!
