      Hi! :) that particular statement wasn't clarified. I took it as: we are a k1 visa & we have a sincere relationship. I really didn't "feel" anything other than that from it. My fiancé immediately released his fear of the horrible AP wait time nightmare. So it seemed nothing other than that & the CO stated we have a sincere relationship. It seemed he referred to his own statement.
