      I believe it's one LAST attempt by the USEM to confuse you. They don't want to make the process TOO easy to complete and understand! Consider it a "Going away" present for Mike from all of the gang at USEM Manila!

    No success tracking the passport on 2Go website. Does it actually work? Online chat is always on "currently chatting with another customer."
