Im being impatient.. I am still not put in line for interview and I had my FP on october 2... if FP is not cleared, when will you be informed to retake bio?

I (US citizen) was thinking of visiting my fiance after I send the i129-f application and receive the NOA1. Can I do that without problems? And also, can I expect to not hear anything for at least 3 weeks (Im planning to visit for around 3 weeks and then go back to the US)

I (the US citizen) have a question about the 129f form. My fiance has to fill out about her employment in the country she is living. Do we need to have evidences of her employment or is it not necessary?

I was wondering when you have your 5 year GC anniversary and when you applied.. Did you apply with the 4 years 90 days rule?

In that case, how is your process going, are you in line for interview?

I see almost everyone who did early walk-in get in line up to one week after. Even someone who is eligible in December like me. Im starting to be worried that I will be one of the cases that take extra long time :-(

And after this we need to file for a K-1 visa also :-(

I had my early FP 20 days from now and I havent even heard back of anything. Im starting to worry if an early walk-in made the process go slower than it was meant to?

My case is with NBC.

I wish that I at least would be in line for an interview.

My GC anniversary is in December. Does this have something to do with it?

Ok, I just read somewehere that its not possible to go to oath ceremony before the 5th GC anniversary date. Is this true? (I applied after 4 years and 9 months)
