Believe me I have been there... yesterday.. I remember how crazy I was going.. but I am a happier person today. Honestly as long as you had your petition in order and there is not something in either of your backgrounds that might slow down the process you will have it soon. (Hopefully tonight).
I was super worried this last week because I looked back at the 129F form and noticed I spelled my fiancee state wrong in one place. Just one letter off but still wrong (crazy german spelling...). I freaked out and was like well I am going to get an RFE, but I didn't. They either noticed I can't spell and just fixed it or they didn't even notice it.
Stay strong! I know it's hard and stressful but you'll be there soon! (again, hopefully tonight )

OK this is just my theory but I have been checking my WAC group for the last few weeks and I never saw an approval for CSC when I checked the WAC for current day around 8-9PM EST. I think RFE gets notified right away, and the approvals get sent out at night or something.
I did the same thing yesterday checked the cases I normally do and saw some approved the day before and the one right after me had a RFE, I had a good feeling.. went to bed and woke up randomly at 12:30 AM EST and saw I had a message from USCIS .. Approved
I think you might get lucky tonight

This is an unfortunate turn of events for such an effective and creative use of publicly accessible data. I, for one, appreciate the effort you have made to make this data available to us. I still plan to create a web app to make this data available and manipulable to more people. Hopefully these efforts will empower others against such an opaque and unresponsive agency.
FWIW, yes I am a little concerned that I am not anonymous. However, I was raised to believe in the freedom of speech afforded by my native land. I still believe in the American dream and will continue to comport myself along those lines. I will face any adversity in a fighting stance and will employ all my connections and ability. I encourage everyone to maintain the same attitude.

Stating that the data is misleading implies that the data is “leading”. The data make no attempt to give any perception. The question is, what are you trying to infer from the data that is giving you a false perception? Each insight you are trying to determine will require a different view of the data. Ahh, so what is it you are trying to learn from the data so we can provide a more appropriate response.

Apparently they do not know the meaning of IF. If you have provided information about a conviction above ie. checking yes in question 2 then why would you even look at there since it says IF.
