  1. CARD PRODUCTION

    Hello VJ members

I have come to post about my excitement today about my journey which I started in Late December 2014 with filing VAWA. If it wasn’t SANDRA I don’t know where I would be by now because I didn’t know anything and because of the abuse suffered with my children I was feeling myself I was almost all over the place but SANDRA helped me from scratch at NO COST! I didn’t know that such people exist in today’s world. I pray that you live many more years to come to help generations of people.

I filed VAWA in Late December 2014

    Renewed EAD in February 2015

    RFE in May 2015

    VAWA Approved November 2015

GC application Transferred to NBC in January 2016

GC transferred to Local Office in April 2016

    Interview June 1, 2016

The officer was nice. I pulled in early enough about 45 minutes ahead of my interview and I handed in my Notice. He called me after about 1 hour and half. The interview was pretty easy basically we passed through my form to confirm a few things and lastly Yes/No questions.

He said he is going to pass through my file and make the decision that I should expect his decision between 1 – 3 months but immediately after pulling out of the parking lot messages came that “interview done but your file must be Reviewed”. After 2 hours, I got another set of messages “Card ordered for production” my Goodness I could not believe it. Everything was messy, it needed someone like Sandra with experience to put everything right. I remember before filing, one Attorney from a very reputable organization told me you have got no chance and that he will not help me. He added steam in the abuse suffered not until Sandra instilled Faith in me and I followed her instructions which has led me to the “promised land”. I don’t know how best I can express my happiness and how best I can thank Sandra, Please thank you soooooooooooo much, May God bless you abundantly with everything you need.

  2. Hello VJ members,

I dont know how best I thank Sandra because its even hard to believe that such people do exist in today's world. She is an amazing lady.

I was abused with my kids and I was dumped in the middle of no where. my last resort was a shelter where I lived from October 2014 to May 2015. Members its a long story I am speechless.

My case was so complicated that even Sandra told me it was of its own kind but She instilled faith in me and we prayed and she worked tirelessly on my case todate.

In short, I filed on December 15, 2014, received a VERY BAD RFE at that moment I passed out, Sandra wrote another explanation of 10 pages. I mailed it on May 29th, since then I have been waiting till today when I recieved the "message of the year 2015!" that "your petition has been approved on november 10th".

Members I could not jump enough and could not scream enough.

I want to tell you members "God puts the way where you dont see it", have faith, finally you gona have light at the end of the tunnel.

VJ has got great members but has got a great resource in "Sandra", with her, no need for a lawyer. One lawyer wasted my time and finally dumped me saying that there is no money to help me through the process and I have no chance of winning. So I am advising all who are still waiting that have faith, keep praying and lets use the resources from this site because these are Godly people who are ready to help free of charge, where can some one find a free service like this? Sandra, may the God Lord reward you all your desires, long live.

  3. I have a pending green card interview scheduling my wife started a physical fight wiz me and before that i got scared of her coz of the drug problems mainly maurijuana which i found in the house with a scale which i saw her weighing it. I shared the information eiz another friend and told me to either move away be4 the goverment takes my kids or i tell the police. I went to the police and made some notes but when she currently become physical i filed for a restraint order which means she will not go. How do i go abt this? She made numerous death threats and all are written down plus pics of drugs and weighing scale.

I had not filed for my children yet, should i file for VAWA and also file for there green card application? Is it free for all ( green card and i-360)?

Secondly i had my green card application in a different state how i have it changed to my current state cozi cant live near her family coz they are bad people. Lastly we have not been sharing money but we applied for reduced lunch for kids and even on school records for all kids.

  5. This morning I have collected my Visa plus one of my kids only that the other kid's visa had an error on Gender so they told me to send it back to them for correction but the for me and my other is fine and i have them.

I thank the Vjers for the marvelous assistance you have always been giving me, Please May the good God Lord reward you abundantly notably: Joselyn, Kash, SHUSS, janelle2002 and others Please thank you soo much and Thank you for your time and attention to me.

  6. The consulate emailed me that they are done with AP that I redo the medical and send the passport, but to my surprise it has taken about 2 weeks with my passport and the CEAC website is still showing AP. I am worried, are they doing another AP or they have gone for Christmas break already?

Second thing, I was denied a visa for canada and norway some years back, could that affect my current visa application?
