    My husband pissed off coz i couldnt get a state ID. They said my I-94 expired but in my I-94 it will be expired this march 12 and today is march 4...

      in CA, they won't let Mike get driver license as his I-94 was less than 30 days. Told us to wait until we get our EAD and go back to apply. Good luck!

    Thank god I got my Nbi clearance today and I sent it right away to the USEM. I wonder how long do I wait to get my visa!

    hi we the same problem, but in my case i was interviewed last oct. 24, and when i get my nbi, they ask me to go back on november 13th, until now im waiting for it, im afraid if the embassy ignore my paper then, im trying to call them but always busy.

    well, about ur case i heard u will get ur visa in 2 weeks or more....

    my visa is approved but i need to send NBI with AKA... my problem is our NBI will be release in 3 weeks, do i need to call the us embassy manila, to let them know? hope u can give me an advise
