      r u send documents through courier service ? US Embassy Called me just send ds-260 confirmation number via email and confirm in the email that you prepared all above documents.

      Us Embassy Called me for updated documents D-260, medical, 2 Photos. i just sent them ds-260 confirmation page. how much they take more time for oath and finger prints.

    Embassy asked for updated docs plus new medical.We sent that in now they want another birth certificate. I pray that is the last thing they need so they can issue the visa.

      heartandsoul why they refuse ur immigrate visa ? what is mark in ur Refusal sheet, Are they Allow you for i-601 waiver ? they found any inadmissibility in ur case
