Hello everyone long time since I have been on here...been a great year hamdolilah..we had a another little girl in Dec..moving..planning a trip back to morocco to visit the family this eid in shaa allah ..hope everyone is doing well..

You are not alone. We've not seen eye-to-eye a number of times. It's becoming less and less, thankfully, but it's going to happen from time to time. Hang in there girl. Friends of my husband have told me more about the "adjusting" issues than my husband has. They assure me it gets better. Mine has admitted to being homesick just the other day, I feel bad but I know he's getting there one step at a time

It is very normal in the early stages, key is understanding how each one of you feels him with moving into a completely new country plus missing his life in Morocco and you now having your hubby home. I made sure my hubby could talk to his family and I kept him busy (ESL, driving classes). Initially he had a hard time helping around the house but soon enough he fell in line because we all do it. still waiting on hubby social security card its been since Dec 23rd looks like a trip to the office it is..since they never answer their phone..hopefully will come soon in shaa allah

salam all, sorry for not giving more updates on how is all with us..well its been great my hubby and our little one have got to reunite and hubby is waiting on his ssn in the mail to start work

yes they do not deliver it in the mail anymore even though when u filed the i130 there was a box that said they will deliver anyways all u have to do is go to the social security office have ur hubby bring his passport and they will issue him a card thats what i did for my husband they gave us a paper at the office that says u will recieve it i n the mail in 7 days and the my husband got his ard in 5 days

just got a call from my hubby.. passed thru security all good about to board final plane to come here...five hours to go in shaa allah getting more and more excited

Sigh had to change the ticket to Sat Dec 7th, still excited for the hubby to be here soon in shaa allah..hope all of my fellow friends are keeping warm and safe in this winter weather
