    I am frustrated that my wife has to get documents legalized in Buenos Aires which is a 3 day bus ride from where she lives or a 2 hour airplane ride.

    Frustrated with the lack of clear instructions for filling out an I-864, I can't find anything about filling out a seperate I-864 for my 3 year old immigrant son , I thought he was included in my wife's I-864. HELP!

      I read that you are supposed to provide a copy of the I864 for the child if they are immigrating at the same time or within 6 mo of your arrival

    I just received the email from the NVC today saying my wifes email about the the Choice of Agent is accepted, all correspondence will be sent to me, this is good news and a good shortcut I found on this website. Anytime you can take care of a requirement through email instead of snail mail is a good thing!

      I just realized today though that I was supposed to send an email for my son Esteban also, who is 3 years old. I thought since he was a dependent he didn't need one but I have to send a choice of agent email for him as well. It is frustrating when you realize you just wasted valuable time!
