don't panic!!!!you're not alone in this situation.... =/

you've to know that all the fillers after 2012/08/15 are transferred to NBC then returned to their USCIS National Benefits Center for the rest of processing

mine was transferred on 2012/10/06 to NBC.......still waiting for any update........!!!

It's so simple & so easy if you follow the steps,ok........

first:you HAVE ABSOLUTELY te READ all the links that we had posted......

for the CR1/IR1 you've just to do this:

a. Completed and signed form I-130

b. I-130 filing fee ($420)

c. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (petitioner)

d. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (beneficiary)

e. Proof of petitioner's U.S citizenship

Copy of U.S Passport OR Copy of Naturalization certificate

f. Proof of Relationship

Primary evidence - Copy of marriage certificate

Secondary evidence - Bottom of the page to see the detailed list

g. Copy of divorce decree of petitioner and/or beneficiary, if applicable

h. Completed form G-1145 for email/phone notification

Do not do the DV-2014 lottery because if you do USCIS will see it as you wanting only a green card into the U.S!I know the waiting can be difficult but stay with the CR1 application and everything should be fine in the long run.All the best.

first I'm so sorry for my bad english...... =)

I'm married with a US citisen (original from my country:Algeria);we know each other since my childhood .... ... He is my first,my last & my unique love.........I'm afraid to the idea that maybe I can be denied or that they can refuse me to join my husband.....(black ideas in my little minde!!)

he files the I-130 for me on september 24,2012 and now we are waiting......so,I was thinking that maybe I can apply for DV-2014 lottery wich started on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 to incease our chances to live together in the states!!!!

I don't know if it is possible? and if it will not be considered as a fraud!!!!
