  1. Hi all,

I am unsure which G-325 to fill out. My spouse was in the Israeli military and I read somewhere that she needs to fill out the G-325B. I had her complete the G-325A and just put Israeli military under her employment history. If this is incorrect please let me know as we would like to send in the application asap. Also, if the G-325A is acceptable, should you place the military information under employment history within the last five years? Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Regards,

    Adam

  2. Hi everyone,

If these questions were answered in a previous thread I apologize, however I've searched and haven't found answers to some of my specific questions.

To provide some background, I recently married my Israeli spouse in Cyprus and will be submitting my paperwork when I return to the US. We dated for two years and eight months prior to marriage and she lived with me on a tourist visa in Scottsdale, Arizona for four months and more recently Chicago, Illinois for two months. Additionally, we began dating when I spent nearly one year on a program in Israel.

Here are a list of a few questions I currently have.

    1) As the US Citizen, for the G-325A under the section for my previous addresses I am wondering if I need to include all of the locations I lived at in Israel for the 11 months that I was there. I lived in about 4-5 different locations over that time as it was a program designed to let you see the entire country. Alternatively, I was considering just putting my aunt's address as I stayed there regularly throughout the year.

    2) For the applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year, should I include my stay in Israel as I was only there for 11 months? The example provided on the USCIS website is for a stay of 11 months, not a stay of more than one year. The example document seemed to contradict the instructions.

    3) For the G-325A for my wife, her home does not have a street or number and only a city as all mail is sorted and delivered within the village. Since there is no street or number should I just put N/A or none? I haven't encountered anyone with this scenario.

    4) Since she is already outside the US does she need to fill out the 'applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year'? Seems redundant, read a few things about this but wasn't very clear.

    5) Since she is Israeli citizen, she was required to serve in the military. Is this something that would go under employment history?

6)Finally, for evidence of a bona fide marriage, we are including several photos from travels all over the US and a few photos of our wedding ceremony however, as it was very small should we just use other photos instead? Also, we will be getting sworn affidavits from a few friends and possibly a parent? Is a parent a poor source to get an affidavit from? I will supplement this will Skype logs as we have spoken for several hundred hours.. if there are any suggestions to help prove our marriage I would greatly appreciate it.

I thank you for any help you can provide and apologize if this is in a previous thread that I have yet to find. I know it's lengthy but this site has already been such a tremendous help, I figured I would give it a try.
